2011 British Grand Prix: The cars

This weekend for my 21st i celebrated by going to the british Grand Prix. me and my family camped from the thursday until sunday. It was amazing! the atmosphere is just incredible and makes you immensely proud to be british! Most of the images i shot were on practice day so could move around and wasn't so busy. The cars are just stunning and with my new Pentax K2 slr (love it) i managed to get some great pictures...

VW Camping weekend

For my boyfriends 21st Birthday his parents had organised for us to stay in a classic 1970's VW Camper Van for the weekend in Devon Illfracombe. How exciting! It was a shame he wasn't able to drive it (due to age and insurance) however the experience was so fun.

The van was named 'Noddy Windsor' and was a beautiful bright lime green colour. After a few hairy hill starts and breaking the van was running brilliantly!

His family were staying in a cottage near our campsite which overlooked the sea, it was stunning.

The day after we arrived (21st Birthday) we awoke and made a champagne breakfast which was lovely! We then had a surprise surf lesson. The water was freezing and the waves were mad, but it was really good fun!
